51st State: Wrak Transportera Promo Card

Single Promo Card - free expansion in issue #17 of the quarterly Polish game magazine Åšwiat Gier Planszowych. It is described on page 4. Wrak Transportera ("Transporter Wreck") is a Location which gives you two universal resources when invaded (red field), one every turn while contracted (blue field). When built it allows you exchange any one resource into any other resource. The card does not change any rules of the base game.
