📖 About This Game

ADAMASTOR is a Whimsical Competitive Boardgame of horrible sea monsters that live in the depths of the sea, where the Atlantic meets the Indian Ocean, fighting amongst each other to be the one that gets to skink the very unfortunate ships that atempt to cross the Cape of Torments. --- The game of ADAMASTOR is played with 2 to 4 players. Each game lasts 5 rounds (6 with 2 players), at the end of which the player with the most total of Victory points (VP) is the winner of the game. Each player controls one sea monster. Players use simultaneous card play to move their monsters on the board and attack ships and other player’s monsters. The cards chosen cards also determine the turn order (the better the actions, the slower you are). Players score victory points either by sinking the Portuguese fleet or by knocking down other sea Monsters or by completing variable objectives that make each game feel different. At the end of each round players will each choose and gain a new action card that provides them with better Monster Actions for the following rounds. --- Adamastor is a card-driven simultaneous action selection game with fast paced mechanic and a modular board that keeps every game fun and fresh.
