📖 About This Game

トリノス (Bird's Nest) (Trinos) is a card game from Japan. Players are little birds, trying to complete a nest with twigs of one colour. The game has a deck of 36 cards, numbered 1-36, with each card showing that number of twigs. The twigs are in six colours, so a card shows one or two colours (also written on the card). The players are dealt a hand of six cards, with a goal of getting all six to include one colour the same. Each player chooses a card and holds it face-down, and then all the chosen cards are revealed. If all six colours are present, the player who selected the lowest number goes first, otherwise the highest goes first. Going clockwise, each player chooses a card other than the one they played, and places it face-down in front of themselves. This is repeated, and the previous face-down card is now taken in hand. The first player to get all six cards, including their face-down card, to have one colour the same, declares and is the winner. —user summary
