📖 About This Game
The work will premiere in six months and will be written by an important Spanish-speaking author. The preselection will be in charge of a prestigious jury taking into account the following acting skills: Creativity, improvisation, artistic path, risk quota and expressiveness. Those who are interested in the proposal must appear at the casting with comfortable clothing and a “letter” of recommendation.
Game modes
Casting (2-4 players)
The objective is to obtain all the cards. In this mode the artistic skills of the characters compete. The deck is distributed among the participants. Each one must stack them face down on the table. The player in turn takes the first of his cards, chooses the ability that he considers with the best chance of winning when compared to that of other characters and sings its value out loud. Then each participant says theirs. Whoever has the highest score on that item takes the cards in play, places them under their pile, and continues the round with a new card. If there are equal scores, the tie must be broken by putting a new card into play each. The casting ends when one player manages to gather all the characters.
Quintet (3 to 6 players)
The objective is to assemble groups of characters, identified by the same letter and color. The deck contains 10 quintets. All cards are distributed among the participants. The first player chooses another player in the round and asks him if he has any of the cards he needs to complete his group of 5 characters, asking for them by letter and number.
For example: Do you have D3? If he has it, he must give it to you. The player on duty can continue asking for cards until someone does not have them, then the right to ask passes to this player. Those who gather all the cards of the same quintet must lower them onto the table. Those who run out of cards during the game, whether or not they have formed groups, must wait until the end of the game. Whoever has collected the most quintets wins.
Let's do it! (2 to 10 players)
This proposal invites us to be the authors of the story. Do you dare?
First you have to do a casting and choose the characters for the play. For this, 5 cards will be distributed to each participant. Taking turns, they will take one of the cards, choose the skill they consider most relevant and say its value out loud. The character with the highest value will win. This dynamic will be repeated until you obtain 5 characters.
Once the casting is completed, it is necessary to decide whether the story will be part of a film, a play or a book. You will have to give it a title and create a script if necessary. Choose the main and secondary characters and decide if the story will be mystery, humor or perhaps adventure. It is necessary to determine the scenario where the events will take place. Then you will have to start writing. It may be helpful to have a notebook or loose sheets of paper, pencils or pens on hand. Maybe listening to music will inspire you. Or maybe they were silent. You just have to open the door to your imagination and… let's get to work!
