Catch a Kitten

Catch a Kitten is a two–player strategy game. On your turn, you must perform the following actions: Move the kitten piece exactly two spaces. Place one fence on the board. Players repeat these turns back and forth. The first player to trap the kitten wins the game. However, beware: if you are ever unable to move the kitten two spaces on your turn, you immediately lose! The key is to balance offense and defense—drive the kitten into a corner on your turn, while making sure it can still escape when it’s your opponent’s move. Think ahead, anticipate the next few turns, and outmaneuver your rival to claim victory.
