Choucroute Party

Choucroute Party is a wacky party game where bluffing, laughter, and Alsatian accents take center stage! Players are chefs competing to prepare the tastiest sauerkraut by collecting the right mix of ingredients while trying to avoid culinary disasters. At the beginning of the game, each player starts with a random ingredient card in their recipe and two cards in hand. On their turn, the active player chooses one of their cards, places it face down, and offers it to another player while announcing an ingredient — truthfully or not. The targeted player must then decide whether to accept the card, refuse it, or secretly peek and pass it along to someone else, continuing the bluff. Players gather ingredients by accepting cards into their recipe, whether by choice or by force. The tension builds as everyone tries to collect all the different ingredients needed for a complete choucroute, while at the same time avoiding too many duplicates. A clever bluff at the right moment can saddle your opponents with the wrong ingredient and push them closer to elimination. There are two paths to victory: either be the first player to assemble a complete recipe with one of each ingredient, or outlast all opponents by avoiding elimination. A player is eliminated if they accumulate three identical ingredients in their recipe, making their dish inedible.
