📖 About This Game

The players form two teams. The pieces are placed alternately on the outermost six spaces. Then, the die is rolled in turn. However, the piece may initially only advance on the outermost ring if the player rolls the number of its space (I to VI). If a piece is now on one of the alphabetically designated spaces, it advances along the line to the other space corresponding to the number rolled. To cross the water (blue ring), a 6 must be rolled, as indicated by the number. Anyone who crosses the water cannot return; they must add up the total of the rolled die until they reach or exceed 10; then they may enter the central space (fortress). The winner is the team whose players reach the central space first, i.e., storm the fortress. If a player finds the thrown space already occupied by an opponent, they capture that opponent, meaning the opponent must start over. Double casting is only permitted by players from the same party. On the marked spaces events hinder or benefit the players. —user summary
