Forge and Fire is FURTHERWORLD’s very first title! In this game, you are the dwarven commander of Kasai, a realm that has long prospered in an age of peace and wealth. You alone are tasked with the defence of the realm against hordes of dragons that have emerged to reclaim lands that were once their own. Strategically position your troops, purchase advantageous resources, and fight back against the dragons’ advance. You must stop them before they capture your capital city and reduce all dwarvendom to ash. Will you be a hero, or will you leave a legacy of ruin? New dragons will enter play each turn along one of three randomly determined lanes. This unpredictability means that no two games will be the same, so you can replay Forge and Fire multiple times with different experiences! You must carefully consider how you position and bolster your armies - do you hold fast, or sacrifice territory in a bid to strengthen your forces elsewhere? —description from the designer
