This is a 25 card Kickstarter-Only promotional set called "Powers and Enemies" available to backers at the "A HERO IS BORN – COMPLETE" or higher level. There are a variety of cards in the pack, for example a Power card called "Kickstarted Super-Cycle" that, for 2, gives "Revved Up: Once activated, this card is an Energy Source for Travel and Wild Powers", and for 4, gives "Gain +1 Plot Point".
