Hiss Scolla Cards

Hiss Scolla Cards consists of 24 cards. On one side is a picture and on the other side are three facts about the events or people in the picture. Each player receives 6 Cards The rest of the cards are stacked face down. In your turn you can take the face-up cards or the top card on the stack. He or she must now discard one card, leaving the player with 6 cards. The object is to pair your 6 cards. The first player to do that calls "Hiss". Now all the other players total the value of cards they didn't pair off. The cards are numbered 1 to 24 and that is the number of points that the 'Hisser' receives. Game is 500 or more. As an alternative you may play a variation called Quiz Hiss. This is a trivia-type game. The Quizzer takes a card and reads out the date on the card. Players must now determine if that matches one of their cards. If correct they score 2 points. If incorrect, they lose 2 points. Game lasts until the pack is gone through once. Then, the highest scorer wins the game.
