Initial Quest

The fast-thinking, quick-listing game. Given four initial letters, can you think of a fish, a sandwich-filling, a boy's name and a board game, one beginning with each initial letter. How hard can it be? It sounds simple but, with time rapidly running out and everyone else doing the same thing, can you come up with a fish, a sandwich-filling, a boy's name and a board game that no-one else has written down? Not quite so simple now is it?
