📖 About This Game

In the future, mankind's last hope for survival lies in miniaturization. Leadership of the final colony is decided every 4 years by the outcome of mech battles. Mint Mechs is a 1-2 player dice drafting and dice placement mech battler with a unique sequencing mechanic. Designed by Galen McCown with art by Hwa Siang. Maneuver your Mech around the miniaturized battlefield to pick up dice resources to power-up your weapons, fuel, armor, and control systems. The dice types will provide immediate benefits like Fuel, Armor, Coolant, or dice mitigation. Where you place the dice will activate various systems for attack, defense, fueling up, or upgrading. Finally, the numbers of the dice come into play when activating a Mech Sequence for ultimate destruction. When activating a Sequence, a player will activate systems with dice on them in ascending or descending order (3,4,5 or 5,4,3 for example), pulling off multiple attacks in a single turn. Setting these up and optimizing the order is the key to coming out on top. But watch your overheat! Staying on the edge of overheat activates your Mech's unique ability. But you take direct damage for overheat gained while in this state. Mint Mechs is a heavier game experience in a Mint Tin, while still being easy to learn and playable in under a half hour. —description from the publihser
