📖 About This Game

Your astronauts need to visit the most out-of-this-world places for their space centre to become the best! Can you use your mathematical skills to add the most visits as possible to win. A game developed to help children with their mental arithmetic skills, using both addition & subtraction. The game grows as the player’s ability increases. Each player starts with 4 cards and on their turn draws to 6. Using just addition or addition and subtraction the player tries to use an astronaut AND space card to reach the number 10. If they can they place this pair in their 'space station' (a area next to them). If they can't they discard two cards and play turns to the player on the left. The game ends when a player has five pairs in their space station. For advanced explorers the 'Cosmic Cards' can be used to +1 or -1 to a number and allowing the player to use three cards. These Cosmic card can be activated when a player has two of the same card in their hand. This adds more options of math sums to the player. 'Achievement Cards' can also be added to the game to give players target pairings to make to earn an extra point at the end of the game. For scoring, each astronaut is worth 1 point and any achievement cards are 1 point. The player with the most points wins, if it’s a tie, most space cards win, in the event it’s a tie again the players add up the numbers on their astronaut cards and the highest wins.
