As the head chef of one of the newly recognized restaurants on Istiklal Street, you will learn recipes from all over Anatolia, cook them with ingredients you buy from the market and special ones you gather from the 7 regions of Anatolia, and serve them to customers you invite from the crowds of Istiklal Street to your restaurant, gradually increasing your fame and reputation in the major Ottoman Palaces of Istanbul. With your earnings, you will increase your regular visiting customers by improving the service and quality of your kitchen and restaurant, and you will bring your restaurant to number one by hosting more prestigious customers. Be careful! During this process, do not forget to please the Food Judges who will come from Sultan’s Palace to inspect your restaurant from time to time.
