Reise durch die Heimat

The game consists of a board based on a railway map of Switzerland, and around 100 cardboard tokens labeled with the names of each station. The object is to be the first player to complete a pre-agreed journey across the map by rolling a die and moving. A six gets another turn but if a second six is rolled then the player must move backwards. Mountain and local lines can only be traversed when the correct number is thrown. The rules sheet (bilingual German/French) give 10 different variants for how the players' routes may be chosen: in some the tokens are placed on the map and collected, in others the tokens are used to draw a station at random.
