Originally available in Pack Bard from Dice Tower 2023 Kickstarter campaign. 3 new "You Are Dead" cards which you mix in with the other Death Cards from the base game. Your skull has been turned into a dice tower. Your death did not make the top ten list. You're dead. At least you smell delicious on the grill.
