Unfinishabell

Take turns placing a card on the left or right of an ever-growing line. The line must always be a potential word, but if you ever finish the word, your opponent wins a point! Similarly, if you ever place a card so that no potential word can be made (and your opponent challenges you), they win a point. Each round starts with a tricky attempt to avoid making tiny words, and then usually finishes when you run out of long words to make given the cards played. Played using the ELL deck (which has 2 letters on each card). Winner of the 2019 ELL Deck Game competition.
