This is a small set of 6 promo cards for the game Welcome to New Las Vegas. Each casino card has a star instead of the number and is aimed to be played like a joker: the player can enter the number he wants in a casino of his choice. The back of the cards has the usual symbols (one card of each type: Inauguration, Construction, Limo, Show, and 2 Improvements). The casino side of these cards has a gloss finish.
