📖 About This Game
Shuffle the challenge cards and place them face down in the center of the table.
Shuffle the game cards and deal all of them equally among the players.
Choose a starting player! Flip over the top challenge card and place it in the center.
The game proceeds clockwise. The starting player flips over their top card and says what they see on it: “NO” or “YES”. Then the player to their left does the same, and so on.
IMPORTANT! If anyone flips over a card that matches the one in front of you, you must also say it.
For example: If the card in front of you is “YES” and the player to your left also has “YES”, and the current player flips over another “YES”, then all three of you must say “YES”.
Action
A challenge card can only be fulfilled once every player has a face-up card in front of them.
If the challenge card shows “YES”, it doesn’t matter if the first player flips a “YES” card — the challenge is not fulfilled yet. A basic “YES” challenge card is fulfilled when one player has “YES” and all other players have “NO”.
If a player believes the challenge card’s condition has been met, they must slap the card.
The fastest player to do so wins the round — provided the challenge condition is indeed fulfilled.
They receive the challenge card and also collect their own face-up card(s) as points. These should be set aside.
All other players flip their cards face down again but keep them in front of themselves.
Then, a new challenge card is revealed, and the player who won the round starts the next one.
Error
There are several types of errors that can occur during the game, but we handle them all the same way. The player who makes the mistake — or all players who make a mistake, if it's more than one — must place all of their previously played cards to the bottom of their own deck. Other players keep their face-up cards, but the top one must be turned face down. The player who made the mistake starts the game again.
An error occurs if:
you say something different from what you actually flip over;
you fail to say what’s in front of you when someone else flips the same card;
you say what someone else flips, but that’s not what you have in front of you;
you slap the challenge card, even though the challenge conditions have not yet been fulfilled.
