📖 About This Game
ã·ã³ã»ãã³ç©ä»¶ (Shin Neko Bukken) is a press your luck racing game from Japan with a cat and horror theme. The game is published in a DVD box, and the subtitle of the game is ãã¬ãªãéåã (Derenai Madori). In the game, players are trying to escape a house haunted by a ghost cat. If the player stops to pay with the cat, they get a better chance of escaping.
The game has an advanced set of rules using 10 tool cards, which are various cat toys to distract the ghost cat. And the game has a basic set of rules for an easier, faster game too.
The publisher says:
This is a press your luck racing roll & move game in which you advance by throwing chips. You have to get out of a cursed house where a ghost cat is playing with you!
When it is your turn, choose whether you want to 'run' or 'play'. If you want to run, you throw three sound chips. The sound chips have footprints written on their surface, and you can advance your piece up to the number of footprints you have made. If you advance successfully, you can continue throwing chips.
However, if two or more cats on the back of the chip appear, you are out. The ghost cat will find you. If the ghost cat finds you, you will be taken back to the cat tower in the middle of the house, and you will be far from the goal.
If you choose to play with the cat, you end your turn by turning over your piece. The person whose piece is turned over plays with the cat and is liked, and can change the front or back of one of the chips they throw once. You have a simple but important choice to make: run through the game or play to the cat's good mood.
